By using this website, or by sending/delivering your passport(s), application(s), or other document(s) to RJRPassports.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You also agree to comply with our policies.

Failure to comply with these Terms may result in legal action or restrictions on your access to this site. RJRPassports.com may modify these Terms at any time; please review them regularly.

1. Refund Policy

  • Cancellation: You may be eligible for a partial refund if your documents have not been submitted. Refund = fees paid – return shipping – $150 processing charge.
  • No Refunds: Electronic visas (e-visas) and payments for same-day service are non-refundable.
  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds are not available for credit card payments over 30 days old. Store credit may be offered instead, applicable only for future RJRPassports.com applications.

Same Day Passport Service:

  • Requires reservation and advance payment.
  • Limited availability; payments are non-refundable.

2. Processing Time

  • Processing times are approximate and based on consulate and Department of State guidelines.
  • “Same Day” and “Next Day” processing begins the next business day after documents are received.
  • Standard processing begins the day documents are received in our office.
  • Delays may occur due to additional consulate requests or denials.
  • RJRPassports.com is not responsible for delays, denials, or financial losses due to processing delays.

3. Fees and Payments

  • Your credit card will be billed immediately after online verification.
  • You are responsible for all fees, taxes, and shipping charges related to services or products purchased.
  • Fees, consulate requirements, application forms, and documentation are subject to change without notice.

4. Document Safety

  • All passports submitted are covered for up to $500 against loss or damage.
  • FedEx shipments purchased through our site are insured for transit to and from RJRPassports.com.
  • Lost or damaged documents must follow our shipping instructions to qualify for reimbursement.
  • RJRPassports.com is not responsible for loss or damage occurring outside our custody or when shipped via other methods.

5. Shipping

  • RJRPassports.com primarily uses FedEx unless otherwise instructed.
  • Standard envelopes and packing materials are used unless otherwise requested.
  • Real-time tracking is strongly recommended; we are not responsible for shipping company failures or errors.

6. Service Description

  • RJRPassports.com strives for accuracy but does not guarantee that service descriptions, pricing, or processing times are error-free.
  • Requirements and fees for passports and visas are subject to change without notice.
  • Consulates or U.S. Passport Agency officials may request additional documents or deny service at their discretion.
  • RJRPassports.com may decline processing for incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, or other circumstances.

7. Privacy

  • By using our site, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Statement, which is part of this agreement.
  • You consent to receiving communications from RJRPassports.com for service updates and marketing purposes.

8. Security

  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login and password.
  • All activity using your account, authorized or not, is your responsibility.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site—including text, images, graphics, and code—is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
