By using this site, you convey your agreement with these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Statement. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in legal action and restriction of your ability to access this site. From time to time, RJRPassports.com may modify these Terms of Service. Please continue to review this agreement whenever accessing or using this site.
Refund Policy. If you cancel the service, you may be entitled to a refund. If your passport and other supporting documents were received by RJRPassports.com and have already been submitted by RJRPassports.com for processing at the time of cancelation you will not receive any refund; however, if the submission has not been made at the time of cancelation you will receive a partial refund equal to the difference of any fees paid, return shipping charges, and a $150 processing charge. No refunds will be giving for electronic visas (e-visas). You may cancel by calling our service line (800) 783-8472 or email support@rjrpv.com
Notwithstanding the foregoing, RJRPassports.com cannot process refunds for Credit Card payments over 30 days old under any circumstances. In such cases RJRPassports.com may issue a store credit applicable to future applications submitted through RJRPassports.com. Credit cannot be applied to applications submitted through other agencies or applications submitted to Consulates directly.
RJRPassports.com is allowed to submit a limited number of passport applications for SAME DAY service and persons requesting and paying for same-day service MUST pay in advance and such payments are non-refundable since one of the limited number of same-day slots will be held for that person and therefore cannot be used for another person. Our SAME DAY Passport Service REQUIRE a reservation.
Processing time. Processing time for visas and passports quoted by RJRPassports.com are approximate and based on processing times provided by Consulates and the Department of State under normal circumstances. Processing time should be calculated starting the next business day of the date when the documents are delivered to RJRPassports.com for "Same Day" and "Next Day" processing options. For other processing options processing time should be calculated starting the day your order has been received in our office, or under certain circumstances when submission of the documents to the embassy or the Department of State has taken place. Consulates and/or the US Department of State may request additional documents and may delay and/or deny processing at their discretion without further explanations. RJRPassports.com will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing. No service fees, embassy fees, courier fees, shipping charges or any portion thereof will be refunded due to delays or denial of service.
Fees and Payments. You agree that your credit card(s) will be billed immediately after online verification takes place. You agree to pay all fees and charges for any products or services offered for sale by RJRPassports.com or by any other vendor or service provider through RJRPassports.com. You shall pay all applicable taxes and shipping charges relating to the purchase of any other products or services. Requirements and fees related to the processing of passports and visas are subject to change, including, but not limited to, embassy consular fees, application forms and documentation required for visa issuance, which are subject to change without notice.
Your documents are safe with RJRPassports.com. All passports are covered for up to $500. We take our job seriously. All passports that are submitted to RJRPassports.com for processing are covered for up to $500 against any loss or damage. If you choose FedEx when applying online, we will even cover your passport in transit to us and from us to you. Your peace of mind is our greatest reward.
We will reimburse if the documents are lost while in our possession or while being FedExes to/from us using labels purchased on our site while placing order online. (if labels are issued from our account, we will have a chance to investigate shall the package get lost).
Shipping. RJRPassports.com uses FedEx for all its shipping needs unless instructed otherwise. RJRPassports.com uses standard envelopes and other standard packing materials provided by FedEx or another shipping company as instructed by a client. Sometimes documents get damaged or lost during shipping. RJRPassports.com is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs while the product is in client's possession or in transit. RJRPassports.com strongly encourages its clients to use shipping services that provide real time tracking of packages in transit. RJRPassports.com is not responsible for any failures or mistakes by shipping companies to deliver, deliver on time, track, locate, and keep safe, any and all packages. RJRPassports.com cannot and does not warrant any claims or guarantees made by shipping companies as to the quality of service, timely delivery, availability of service, and other claims.

RJRPassports.com strongly encourages its clients to use shipping services that provide real time tracking of packages in transit. RJRPassports.com is not responsible for any failures or mistakes by shipping companies to deliver, deliver on time, track, locate, and keep safe, any and all packages; provided, however, subject to the below, RJRPassports.com shall nevertheless cover up to $500 of any fees a client incurs in securing a replacement passport provided the client followed RJRPassports.com recommended shipping instructions and such client’s passport was lost regardless. RJRPassports.com cannot and does not warrant any claims or guarantees made by shipping companies as to the quality of service, timely delivery, availability of service, and other claims. Further, subject to the below, if any client passport is lost by reason of RJRPassports.com errors in preparing shipping labels or otherwise in coordinating shipping, RJRPassports.com shall fully reimburse the client all fees such client incurs in securing a replacement passport. All fee requests for replacement passport reimbursement must be substantiated with documentary evidence; and RJRPassports.com total reimbursement shall not exceed the fees paid by such Client to RJRPassports.com for the service giving rise to the lost passport. RJRPassports.com takes document safety seriously and, consequently, lost documents are an extremely rare occurrence.
Service description. RJRPassports.com does its best to correctly describe all services that appear on the website. However, RJRPassports.com does not warrant that all the statements, definitions, and descriptions are most current, complete, accurate, and error free. Consulates often change their requirements and fees without warning and changes can take effect immediately. In an event, shall any description of service or any information on our site become outdated or inaccurate, you agree to hold RJRPassports.com harmless. You will not hold RJRPassports.com responsible for any and all inaccuracies or mistakes in service descriptions, prices, processing times, processing dates, and other information provided on the RJRPassports.com website.
Service. Requirements and fees related to the processing of passports and visas are subject to change without notice. Application forms and additional documents required for visa issuance are subject to change without notice. Consular and U.S. Passport Agency officials may request additional documentation at their discretion. They may also decline issuance of travel documents, visa, or passport without disclosing the reason for denial.
